Gather together in our large studio room with like-minded people

to focus on keeping the body healthy and fit. 


Each class is 1-hour long.  Classes for family (ages 3+) are noted;

all other classes are for adults and mature teens.

Yoga:  A timeless modality that has been proven to benefit the whole body, reduce & eliminate many health concerns, as well as promote muscular strength and weight loss.

 CardioHoop is the newest fitness trend that allows you to shake your bootie, have fun, and burn tons of calories! The cardio-hoop class concentrates on working your core muscles a specific way that tones and strengthens your abs, lower back, hips and arms. DID YOU KNOW…
- CardioHoop is a cardiovascular exercise class that uses an adult sized hula hoop to build balance, strengthen and tone the whole body.
- Hooping burns as many calories as a step class (400-600 calories/hour)
- EVERYONE can hoop, regardless of age, size or sense of rhythm
- A larger hoop spins slower so amateurs can keep the hoop going

Tai Chi -  Tai Chi is an light flowing exercise program to improve health and wellbeing. It exercises the entire body (all the joints, muscles, and internal organs) and even strengthens the mind. Tai Chi bring harmony to yourself and others, by helping to bring the body into greater balance. (FREE Tai Chi Demo Day: Saturday Oct 22 at 1:30pm)

Self-Defense - led by Taekwondo instructor and Reiki practitioner Susan Bolton. Self Defense classes are imperative for people of all ages; the importance of knowing how to protect yourself in times of physical trouble is essential for feelings of security and safety as we go throughout life. In these classes you will learn how to properly kick and punch; different points of impact to render your opponent weak; how to avoid being hit; and most importantly, steps to take to ward off an intruder. Paramount to the instruction is the sense of courage and sheer will-power that all members of the class will leave with knowing that they are equipped with the information, skills, strength, and technique necessary to keep yourself and family safe from attack.
